Are Overlook Terraces Apartments income-based or income-restricted?
Overlook Terraces Apartments are income-restricted, not income-based. This means that while your household income must fall below certain limits to qualify, your rent amount is not based on a percentage of your income. Instead, our rents are set at affordable rates and remain consistent, as long as you meet the income eligibility guidelines.
Are your apartments pet-friendly?
Yes, pets are welcome at Overlook Terraces! Our pet policy allows for two pets (dogs or cats) per apartment. Breed restrictions apply- please contact our team for more information.
Is there a fitness center?
Overlook Terraces has a well-equipped fitness center for residents including cardio equipment and free weights.
What in-apartment features are included?
Our roomy 2- and 3-bedroom floor plans offer a variety of amenities, including a dishwasher, dining area, covered patios or balconies, ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms and vinyl flooring. Washer and dryer connections are also available for residents who currently have or wish to own their own clothes cleaning appliances.
